My Masters in Public Health Behavior and Health Care Administration impacts the approach and specific program I’ve developed for Peaches Figure Salon.
As a 13-year IFBB Professional Athlete and almost a decade managing hospitals and operations, my goal is to help women live the most empowered, free, happy life possible.
Within my executive health care leadership career, I saw many struggle to manage their health and overall physical care, having type 1 diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disfunction and a severe glute injury from my youth and other poor eating issues, I know the personal struggles I’ve had to personally face.
Peaches Figure Salon brings a positive, holistic approach to helping women manage their health from the inside out.

From humble beginnings in Seattle, WA, to creating a thriving online community and expanding to North Myrtle Beach, Peaches Figure Salon has become a space for transformation, empowerment, and success for many women.
Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working with women from all walks of life, each with her own unique journey.
Along the way, I’ve learned invaluable lessons about running a business, coaching, and fostering a supportive environment for women.
Here are the top six lessons I’ve learned during this time:
Life is an unpredictable journey filled with both highs and lows. For many, the challenges and adversities they face can overshadow moments of happiness, making it difficult to live in joy. This is especially true for those who have experienced significant trauma and hardship. However, learning to find and embrace joy, even in the midst of difficulties, is not only possible but essential for a fulfilling life.
Vulnerability becomes our strength, and respecting all truths becomes our compass.
Let us remember that in the tapestry of women's lives, each thread is unique and valuable.
Together, we weave a vibrant and resilient community that empowers women to reach new heights.
In the pursuit of success and personal growth, one often hears about the importance of skills, education, and experience. While these factors undoubtedly play a role, there's another fundamental aspect that often takes a back seat - character.
From a young age, I felt connected to my voice within.
You know, the voice that tells you danger is ahead. Or, this is a safe space.
Yet, somehow along the way.
I got disconnected.
Recently, a woman in a group I am apart of, asked women who had battled with eating issues if they loved their bodies?
Here is what I had to say in part of my personal response.
I hope it encourages anyone who has struggled with self acceptance and love.
I love my body.
In the past, I have struggled to get into the holiday spirit.
However, over the past few years, I’ve worked hard to change my attitude around and about the holidays.
Here are some things I’ve already done this month to bring my holiday joy to life.
Often clients report to me that they are feeling overwhelmed, fatigued and burning the candle at both ends.
This type of lifestyle simply can’t be sustained for long periods of time. Your health and the quality of your life will pay a price.
…, here’s the truth: you don’t need an intense, all-or-nothing plan.
What you need is consistency—simple, sustainable actions that fit into your life and move you toward your goals.
No extremes, no burnout, just steady progress toward a healthier, happier you.
