Stephanie Billings

Holistic Life & Health Coach

Stephanie Billings is the founder of Peaches Figure Salon, a health and nutrition coaching practice focused on helping women improve their health, energy, and quality of life through practical lifestyle and nutrition strategies.

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Health Behavior and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She spent nearly a decade working in healthcare operations before transitioning into coaching and education, where she now helps women bridge the gap between clinical care and everyday lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.

Before launching Peaches Figure Salon, Stephanie spent 15 years as a competitive professional fitness athlete, appearing on multiple fitness magazine covers and competing at the highest levels of the sport. That experience gave her a deep understanding of the body, performance, discipline, and the importance of sustainable health practices.

Today, her work focuses on helping women move beyond extremes and build realistic, nourishing lifestyles that support long-term metabolic health, strength, and vitality. Through Peaches Figure Salon, Stephanie works with women both locally and online to improve metabolic health, support hormone balance, build strength, and develop sustainable relationships with food. Her approach emphasizes nourishment, education, and lifestyle practices that support lasting health rather than short-term dieting.

About Peaches Figure Salon

Peaches Figure Salon was created to help women build healthier lives through nourishment, education, and supportive community. Rather than focusing on restriction or dieting, the Peaches philosophy centers on helping women understand how to properly fuel their bodies, support healing, and build sustainable habits that promote long-term health.

Stephanie works with clients through:

• One-on-one lifestyle and nutrition coaching

• Personalized nutrition and metabolic support

• Lifestyle strategies that support hormonal and metabolic health

• Education on using whole foods to support the body’s natural healing processes

• Community wellness experiences designed to encourage connection and accountability

Stephanie also hosts Peaches Women Who Love to Eat, a community gathering that brings women together around the table to enjoy good food, meaningful conversation, and connection in an environment free from diet culture and body shame.

Supporting Patients in Their Recovery and Wellness

Patients who are working through physical therapy or recovery often benefit from lifestyle guidance that supports their healing process beyond the clinic.

Through Peaches Figure Salon, Stephanie helps women:

• Improve nutrition to support tissue repair and recovery

• Reduce inflammation through food and lifestyle habits

• Build strength and energy through proper nourishment

• Support metabolic health and healthy body composition

• Establish daily habits that promote long-term resilience and wellness

This type of lifestyle support can complement clinical care by helping patients strengthen the everyday habits that influence healing, mobility, and long-term health outcomes.
